CRANBERRY BRIE TART WITH PANCETTA & THYME
This Cranberry Brie Tart with Pancetta & Thyme is a delicious appetizer that is perfect for a vacation! This is a delicious touch on a traditional roasted brie. Easy to make too!
Phew, 2 days until Christmas, and I'm squeezing one last recipe for you! But this is not dessert - today I share recipes for delicious appetizers to serve at your holiday meeting, or to enjoy time anytime.
One of my favorite Christmas entrees is the baked brie that my mother makes every year. Every year, it really devours, usually too much then I do. This Cranberry Brie Tart has the same brie melty and puff pastry that I love so much, but this version comes with a unique taste and delicious, buttery crust.
IS CRANBERRY BRIE TART DIFFICULT?
No! This prostitute looked easy, thanks in part to the use of frozen puff pastry as tart skin. Puff pastry is the perfect vehicle and flakes for a soft and creamy cranberry tart and brie sauce. Pancetta adds a little smokiness, and thyme adds a little freshness.
The prostitutes fused very quickly, despite making super-fast cranberry sauce in the process. If you want to skip that step, you can use cranberry sauce that you may already have and add some thyme to it. This makes things easier. And who doesn't like it during the holidays?
I originally made this cranberry brie tart before Thanksgiving, but it couldn't be on time. I shared on Instagram, and some of you asked for recipes to be served at your Thanksgiving party. Good news: all positive responses! It's been tried, tested, and is valid for your holiday get-togethers!
I hope you all have a beautiful, delicious, and full family vacation! Enjoy :)
