CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Bread Style Chocolate Chips Muffins! Full of mini and addictive chocolate chips!
Sometimes I experience intense housewife feelings. I'm not sure what stirs my household skills, but it really works!
I have made homemade breakfast every morning, ironed the boy's clothes for a week, and dinner was on the table at 5:30.
Laundry? Check!
House? Clean!
Right now, I have homemade elderberry syrup that boils on the stove and all of you ... I even pull out my sewing machine to close some curtains.
I know, what the heck is that? "Harpo who is harassing women !?"
But don't feel impressed.
This stage usually lasts around 3-5 days before I crash and burn, chile. I shouted again,
"Don't you see the laundry basket overflowing? Stop stuffing clothes there and take them to the washing machine!"
And my favorite-
"Lift this toy from this floor! You have no servants! If I have to tell you again, this toy will be thrown in the trash! "
Hahaha! So let's just enjoy this streak while the heat is taking me to muffins! Oh, addicted to my new sweet, muffin.
I have made all kinds of homemade muffins for our morning coffee. My husband is a happy man at the moment because for him coffee + dessert is the only way to start the day.
I'm really starting to prefer muffins with coffee rather than donuts! They are very easy to prepare and make with any taste under the sun
Today I want to share with you the chocolate chip Diggity bomb muffin that I made yesterday.
We are usually not fans of adding chocolate chips to things other than chocolate chip cookies but oh my! This is amazing !!
I followed the blueberry cream cheese muffin recipe, only exchanging cream cheese for sour cream and blueberry for chocolate chips. Oh and nixed lemon extract.
Results?
Paradise. Oasis soft, moist, warm, chocolate! (Sometimes my description confuses me.)
Sour cream gives a moist, dense yet soft texture. You can seriously call this muffin, "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Muffins." No one will question it because that is what it feels like to me.
I hope you enjoy this chocolate chip muffin as much as we do!
